Eight-Week Art Of Storytelling Class To Begin At South Mountain Community College

Learn the art of storytelling at South Mountain Community College in an eight-week class, Oct. 17 – Dec. 7.

The three-credit class will run Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6:30  to 9 pm at the college, 7050 S. 24th St.

Janet Means, an accomplished and active storyteller, will teach students to prepare and perform stories using a personal style, and to incorporate various techniques to enhance storytelling. In addition, students will learn about resources, materials, and philosophies of storytelling.

Enrollment is underway for the class, which counts for credit in storytelling, humanities or education.
